A request for: 1) PUD Guideline and Schematic Plan Amendment to allow for a new 116,000 square foot hotel and; 2) Site Plan and Design Review for the construction of a new four-story, 200-room hotel on acres in the Office Building (OB-PUD) Zone and within the Gateway Center Planned Unit Development.
