Harjit was a positive ball of energy and light. He was very approachable and down to earth to all those who met him and knew him. He was a wonderful listener who created a safe space for anyone who needed it. Harjit impressed me a lot for his young age with the maturity he conducted himself beyond his years. I had the privilege of working with him on the natomas chamber as a board member and he served so selflessly with his time, ideas and generosity. Harjit was always very solution oriented and tried to put a positive spin no matter the situation which I truly admired about him. It’s a major loss to the universe for his spirit to be dimmed because he was always a bright shining light wherever he went with a big smile of him. Sending lots of love to his parents, sister and family. It’s a heartbreaking loss but what an incredible human being we were all lucky enough to cross paths with. May his soul rest in peace and his spirit contribute to live on through the lives he touched.

I once did something troubling and needed to clean the tracks before someone noticed. While I was busy at work, you cleaned up the mess like nothing ever happened. That was you. Committed to what you wanted to be committed to. My only regret is not cherishing these little moments enough in your company. I look for a sign everywhere to let me know you hear, see, and watch me thinking of you. I am still waiting and hope to get one.

A quote that you shared a few times in conversation. And I believe this quote summarizes your short, memorable life very well. You lived by it regardless of the ups and downs. Sending my heartiest condolences to the family, friends and loved ones.

Word can simply not express the loss of such a genuine and caring soul. Harjit…such a dedicated, compassionate, and joyful friend whom I will always remember and cherish. He was selfless, curious, eager to learn, and so giving. My heart breaks with his loss. Also, I would like to offer my deepest condolences to his family and to share that his smile, contributions to the community, and memory will always live on.

It wasn’t until this year that through my work efforts I had the pleasure in getting to meet Harjit. Harjit was very helpful and his can-do attitude was one that was nice to work with! I was looking forward to future collaborations. I am sad to hear this news and know he had so much more to give to his community. Sending condolences to his family, community and all that had the pleasure in working with Harjit.

My deepest and sincere condolences. I was just getting to know Harjit since joining the Chamber, however it did not take long to see is dedication to the community and his family. He had a smile that would light up a room and was always so willing to help others.
