The City of Sacramento Planning Division has received revisions to development application Z26-033 (Rocinante at the Park). This project was previously routed on 5/28/2026. The Natomas Chamber of Commerce is sharing this for public awareness and to give members an opportunity to submit written comments before the deadline.

What Changed in This Revision
- New entitlement: Development Agreement between the landowner and the City of Sacramento.
- Planned Unit Development Schematic Plan Amendment to annex the property into the Natomas Crossing #2 PUD.
- Review level elevated from Director to City Council (Development Agreements require City Council approval).
- Driveways revised to 24 feet wide for the first 20 feet in length.
- Street cross-sections added to the tentative map.
- Airport Road (Future) Class I Shared-Use Path improvements.
- Crosswalks, median islands, and curb ramps added consistent with Public Works comments.
- Pedestrian access to the Airport Road trail added to all lots abutting Airport Road.
- Additional utility information added to the plans.
- Tree replacement waivers requested for undesirable and unhealthy trees to be removed.
