Knowledge, creativity, imagination, community. There’s only one place that has it all; the Sacramento Public Library! This library carries a large collection of books from genres such as mystery, romance, action, fantasy, non-fiction, and more. Every aisle you go down is a new adventure in the world of reading. However, there are more things that make this library special to Natomas besides the books. Designated study rooms help motivate students and allow them to focus on schoolwork and projects. The library also offers activities for children and families such as storytime and crafts. For older kids, the Teen Space offers community, innovation, and comfort all in one room. One event me and my friends love going to is their Therapy Dog Session! Held on the second Thursday of most months, the Therapy Dog Sessions bring multiple friendly dogs to the library for anyone to pet. Finally, the staff who run the library are extremely kind and show passion to reading and the activities they run. From activities for children, hangout rooms for teens, study spaces for young adults, and books for all ages, this library has something for everyone!
