The City of Sacramento Planning Division has received revisions to development application P26-006. The Natomas Chamber of Commerce is sharing this for public awareness and to give members an opportunity to submit updated written comments before the deadline. The changes included in this revision are a revised site layout and a new arborist report.

Project Summary A request for: 1) Conditional Use Permit to establish a gas station with five fuel islands (10 nozzles); 2) Conditional Use Permit to establish alcoholic beverage sales for off-site consumption, Beer, Wine, and Distilled Spirits (ABC Type 21 License); 3) Conditional Use Permit to establish tobacco retailing; 4) Conditional Use Permit to establish two drive-through restaurants; 5) Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide 7.8 acres into 7 commercial lots; and 6) Site Plan and Design Review for the construction of a gas station and car wash with a 4,229 sq ft convenience store, a 2,350 sq ft drive-through restaurant, a 10,356 sq ft drive-through restaurant/retail building, a 9,750 sq ft retail building, a 10,125 sq ft retail building, and associated site improvements on approximately 7.8 acres in the Shopping Center (SC-PUD) zone within the Greenbriar Planned Unit Development (PUD). Request requires Planning and Design Commission level approval.
