I would first like to share that I will be transitioning to a new position just after the new year, on January 4, 2025. I will be moving to our Training, Research and Development Division. Captain Neil Cybulski will be replacing me as our North Command Captain, and he is excited to take on this position. He is an extremely dedicated leader, and he will do a fantastic job as your North Command Captain. I will be working with him over the next couple weeks to make this a smooth transition.
