Attached is the Notice of Availability (NOA) of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) for the Airport South Industrial Project (P21-017).
The City of Sacramento and the Sacramento Local Agency (LAFCo), as co-lead agencies, have completed preparation of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the Airport South Industrial Project (P21-017). The Project is located on approximately 474.4 acres southeast of the intersection of Powerline Road and Interstate 5 (I-5) in Sacramento County, California. The Draft EIR is now available for public review and comment.
The public comment period is from May 31, 2024 to July 17, 2024.
