Site plan and design review to add 8′ high wrought iron fencing at entry of existing building.

A request for:

1) Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide one parcel measuring approximately 40 acres into 165 residential lots, and lots for a public park, private driveways, and common landscaping; and,

2) Site Plan and Design Review of the map with deviations to exceed the maximum allowed lot width, size, and depth.

May 31, 2024 The Community Development Department is notifying all interested parties of the proposed project (described below) that the Sacramento City Planning and Design Commission will review this proposal at a Public Hearing scheduled to begin at 5:30PM on June 13, 2024, at New City Hall, 915 I St, 1st Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Attached is the Notice of Availability (NOA) of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) for the Airport South Industrial Project (P21-017).

A request for 1) Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide a 1.5-acre parcel, developed with an existing single-unit dwelling, into 9 lots in the Single-Unit Dwelling (R-1) Zone; and 2) Site Plan and Design Review for the review of the map layout. No new construction is proposed.
